A. Order Policy

Orders placed online will be confirmed and executed only with the full payment, according to the actual value of order. You will receive an online digital receipt when we confirm your order. No cancellation is allowed.

Any changes on the order or delivery information please contact the Customer Service Team at [email protected] or Tel: (95) 9 77 4400 810 at least 8 hours before the delivery date.

Due to the high influx of orders, we will not be able to accommodate any amendments made to your Valentine’s Day orders. We seek your kind understanding and patience for any inconvenience caused during Valentine’s Day period.

B. Delivery Policy

Office Operating Hours Weekdays: 10:00am to 6:30pm.
Office Operating Hours Weekends: 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Online Orders Cut off time is 2:00pm (Yangon Time).

Delivery will be next working day from 12 noon to 6:00pm.

We offer free local delivery for our goods to almost all parts of Yangon City. Additional USD $10 delivery fees will be charged for Thanlyin, Hlaing Thar Yar, Shwe Pyi Thar, South Dagon Townships and Industrial Zones outside Yangon City Areas. For orders sending to restricted areas such as the Airport Passenger Terminals, Airport Cargo Complex, ports and military camps, we will impose a delivery surcharge of USD$ 10. The delivery and/or freight charges and surcharge, if there is, has to be paid before the delivery of the goods.

We will endeavour to have all orders delivered to the recipients personally. In places, such as hospitals and hotels that do not allow delivery directly to wards/rooms because of health and safety regulations, in such cases we will deliver to the reception.

Standard Delivery Information

Please ensure that your recipient’s address, contact numbers, and gift messages are correct when placing your order. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the gift. Delivery will only make to the given address provided in the order and re-route or change of address during the delivery process is not allowed. In the event that the recipient is not around or phone is switched off or there is no other option to contact the recipient, the gift will be returned to our office to arrange for another delivery time. We can redeliver the gift if the first delivery fails at the next available time at a charge of USD $10.00. A touch-up fees of up to 50% of the original selling price may be applicable if anything is required. Re-delivery must be made within 24 hours from original delivery date otherwise the order is assumed canceled. Alternatively, the recipient can choose to make a self-pickup at our office during our office operating hours within 24 hours. A touch-up fees of up to 50% of the original selling price may be applicable if anything is required. If the recipient can’t make self-pickup within 24 hours from the original delivery date the order is assumed canceled. We will keep you informed via email/phone should such a situation arise. Under no circumstances will the gifts be exchanged or (in the case of perishable commodities) a fresh one be delivered. For this reason, it is very important that all information you provided for delivery to take place is up-to-date and accurate.

C. Substitution Policy

Seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supply and costs of flowers, foliages, fruits and gifts. Due to inconsistent market condition, a particular merchandise may be out of stock. Blueberry Company Limited reserves the rights to make appropriate substitutions while maintaining the value of your order. All products are subject to availability. We may update, replace or discontinue any products without prior notice.

Due to the international precautionary measures against Covid-19, our flower shipments may experience delays. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time, i.e. a specific basket, vase, soft toy etc. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.

We use only the freshest of flowers and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal availability. In single-variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. For example, if we are out of ‘yellow tulips’, we will substitute another color of tulips, not another flower.

When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will ensure that the ‘look and feel’ of the arrangement will be maintained, with our florists paying special attention to overall shape, size, style and color combination.

D. Guarantee

All our merchandise will serve their intended functions and are guaranteed to be fresh and/or in good order upon delivery. Floral arrangement will stay fresh according to its life span under proper care. Flowers that are not even fully bloom when they arrive are indeed very fresh and can be confused with poor flowers. The flowers will bloom beautifully when they are in room temperature and will give pleasure for many days to come if cared for properly.

Care: Always place flowers in cool place; unwrap hand bouquet, cut stems and put in a glass of sufficient clean water; spray flowers and wet sponge daily; handle all fruits with care, as injuries to the skin will hasten ripening and deterioration; store all perishable fruits in the refrigerator and do not stack too many on top of each other; operate products in appropriate manners.

Blueberry Company Limited will gladly replace any item or product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, provided such defects are reported to us within 1 hours from time of receipt or to make a return, simply send it back in its original condition to our operating address within 2 hours of receipt. All goods sold are not exchangeable or returnable.

The Company entire liability and customer’s exclusive remedy for damages from any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid to us by you and shall not include or extend any claims for or right to recover any damages including but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business information.

E. Special Offer and Promotion

A member discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional or store-wide discounted items. We may alter the terms of special offers and promotion, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice.

Items that are offered with a free gift are often made available due to the availability of the free gift. These free gift are subject to while stock last basis and so, should a situation arise when they are omitted from an order, we reserve the right to offer an alternative at our discretion or offer no replacement.
